4 salmon fillets
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup dark mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the honey mustard glaze generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it's cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dish, such as roasted vegetables or rice. Enjoy!
